One of the better Chinese buffets I've been to. I absolutely enjoy the sweet shrimp and the peanut butter chicken. Every time I've been here, the food is always hot and fresh. Prices are reasonable too. I always ask to go to come here whenever I visit friends in West Bend.
Good food, and a lot of meat in there dishes. I was just there for the 3rd time. Hands down best Chinese I have ever eaten.
I absolutely love Chinese food and go out of my way to visit a china buffet in whatever town I’m in. Chen’s is far and away the best food and best selection of food items. The staff is very friendly and attentive. West Bend is lucky to have this gem!

Nice buffet with a good selection. They do a nice job replenishing during the lunch rush and always have a good variety of chinese dishes and other things for the kids as well. Servers are always attentive and friendly. They make you pay before you eat so, which is preferred and offers easy in and out.
One of my favorite buffets ,, very good food ,, I especially enjoy anything with shrimp,, and such a good family running the restaurant,, always a pleasure to talk with them

We were very pleasantly surprised by Chen’s Buffet! The one thing was the price: 19 a plate after tax. A little much for us. However, the food was actually top notch. Maybe because we want at 4:30 on a Friday, but the food was all fresh, tasty, hot, and flavorful. It is the best American-Chinese buffet of its kind I’ve ever been to. Highlights included the spicy chicken stick, the beef and broccoli, the fresh sushi, and the Mongolian pork. The fresh steamed dumplings and custard bun were also unexpected as well as tasty. Not everything was my favorite, but nothing except the stale rice krispy treat was actually bad. If you’re looking for an American Chinese buffet you’re really not going to get any better in the area!
